2009 Buffalo Bills Team Photo Flyer
A friend of mine just returned from the Bills – Miami game and showed me this flyer he got, featuring a huge photo of the 2009 Buffalo Bills.
We were joking about how we should cross off all the players that ended up waived or on IR, so I started to comb through the players in the photo and noticed that Dick Jauron wasn’t there. That’s weird. Don’t they take these team photos at the beginning of the year? There’s no way they got everyone together AGAIN just because Dick was released. Or would they?
Then we slowly pieced together more and more evidence leading us to believe this photo has been altered:
1. Xavier Oman (#44) is in the photo. He was waived on 11/11. Jauron wasn’t fired until 11/17. This photo couldn’t have been taken after his firing.
2. Ralph and Brandon seem to be a little off-center. It seems that the logical place for Dick to be standing is right next to Ralph, where the three would be perfectly centered in the photo.
3. Who is in that spot? Jairus Byrd. And he seems larger than normal. In the photo he looks slightly taller than #29 next to him (Drayton Florence). Except Byrd is listed at 5′ 10″ and Florence is 6′ 0″. See a zoomed-in photo
4. Take a look at #29′s right ear. He seems to have some extra pixel’s… either that, or Kawika Mitchell has a seriously weird forearm.
Conclusion: The players were digitally shifted over to cover up Jauron’s image.
Not a big deal, but we thought it was amusing. If only we could erase his legacy so easily…

More evidence rolls in (thanks to the detective work at TwoBillsDrive)
#24 and #25 have EXACTLY the same body. I put together a GIF to prove it. I copied #24 and paste it on #25 they are pixel for pixel duplicates, except for the altered numbers.
And what might be the nail in the coffin – you can still see Dick Jauron’s shoe and khaki pants!

Not to mention the fact that Byrd and Florence have combined arms to form one super-multicolored arm — and Byrd’s right shoulder is all kinds of messed up.

Byrd’s right arm looks MASSIVE. Certainly much larger than his left. That’s more evidence, I’d say.

Perry Fewell is listed on the pic as Interim Head Coach. So yeah, they definitely did some photoshoppage.

On the zoomed in picture, did you notice the arm size disparitiy of #31??? Right arm is gigantic. Left arm is puny. ???

Look at the zoomed in photo of #31..his one arm is huge compared to the other suggesting a stretch to fill an empty space.
also his right shoulder 3 is very pixelated. perhaps this was recreated as part of it was covered by someone?
his 3 is much bigger than his 1 on the front too, suggesting a stretch
now look at the high-res version. to the left of #24 is a mysterious green blotch in the white & green grass. seems like a perfect fit to had someone been there but scooted to the right.
finally look at the shadows the players’ heads give against the people behind them. they are all very much in sync EXCEPT for #s 24-31. it appears that after they were moved around a bit, someone tried to overcompensate with fake shadows behind them

Check out #31′s arms. His right one his huge and his left is more normal sized.

Well. Take a look at #24, and the shadow cast to the left. Doesn’t match. The shadow on the ground is of a man with his hands on his knees, pretty much like.. Baird.
Case closed?

The proof that *something* is up is #31′s right arm. Its twice the size of his left, and it appears to be emerging from a shoulder that looks different than the other. whether this was Jauron’s spot or not, who knows, but #31′s got something going on.

Actually, I suppose that doesn’t prove anything, other than narrowing the potential photo timeframe to between the 17th and 19th.

Whoa. That is a lot of shifting. Note: the jerseys of #50-56 would have to have been altered, plus the leg of the assistant.
Is it possible the middle was played with? #31 looks off (big biceps, head).
Or did Brandon’s head get slapped on Jauron’s body?
There’s got to be some video of this.
Plus there’s two dozen staffers there. One of them owes us an explanation.
